Sorry for my ignorance, but what year/body style is that on the Ford? Would be nice to make a Mayberry Sheriff's car out of a mid 60s Galaxy or Fairlane. What does the underside look like?? Any body posts?

It is a altered version of the Monogram 65 Galaxie. The wheel wells are opened up wide and some detail was removed, so it likely isn't the best option for your project. And no, no posts either.
