Yeah, Mark, I noticed that too, and I am right there with him.
For those who aren't familiar with what we're talking about, I cleaned out a couple of vendors of these things back when Jules first got in trouble in the Far East (and god only knows how that will turn out once it starts). I was afraid my favorite "quick and easy" chassis would vanish, so I went without things in order to buy all I could. I even managed to acquire several spoke colors on the RTR chassis. I still love doing brass chassis and all, but for the occasional "quick and easy", I love 'em. It helps that they are pretty fast, too. I am finishing up a Porsche 914/6 race version that I used a Pioneer RTR chassis on, and its the shortest shortening yet. I have lengthened them, too, but I gotta tell ya, the short versions really fly.
Mark and I are from the same generation of gearheads, and those (American Racing Torq Thrust/Cragar SS) 5 spoke mags are kinda like a sin qua non for us. When our generation says, "mags" chances are that's what we are talking about.
