Might as well follow through and complete it.

I just needed time to step back and look at things from a different perspective....

For the scenery I am thinking something a lot like Lead Foot Speedway shown below.

I really like that vintage dirt track feel he has captured in this track.

I hope to do something of the same.....

I'm really digging this track.

It gives me the feeling of going back in time standing in the grandstands watching the vintage coupes racing.

I'm big on giving that feeling of time and place as if you are at a real race track.

That is an awesome track. I kept thinking "1/32? No, it's HO?" hahaha...very nice track. Hey Wayne, computers are VERY cheap now...good ones too...search ebay for HP dc7800 - there is an authorized MS seller offing them for $99 and free shipping. Just add your existing mouse/keyboard/monitor. Our work uses these same ones so I was surprised to see just how cheap "real PCs" have become. I plan to buy one at that price. Complete with Windows 7. Just an idea - thought you may be interested.

The last time our hard drive crapped out I just bought a new tower also.

It is amazing how cheap they have become.

I have to behave though.

With only being on 60% disability pay I don't have a lot of extra play money currently.

So in a few weeks when I get my tax return I will get another tower.

For now I am passing my time building this new 4 lane oval with everything I have currently around the house.

It will be a fairly cheap build to do.
