New AFX set not getting power

I just ran into a problem with my track. No power to track/car. I took the terminal piece out and plugged in power pack and controllers and I'm getting no power. I cleaned the section and car as well. Power pack is providing voltage. It's an AFX infinity race set.
Ideas?

When inserting the power pack into the outlet, one of the prongs was not making contact. I put a slight tweak on each prong and we are up and running. Waiting on more track to show up. Hopefully today.
