Parma FCR Chassis & H&R Chassis with pans

Question for any of the AZGR racers and cruzin Bob -

Are there any postings that show how you modified the FCR & H&R chassis to put pans on them? Likewise, any posted rules for this class?

Does putting the pans on these chassis signifcantly improve handling? My soldering skills are not real good so am afraid to tackle a chassis like keith showed. Thanks
