That '65 Lorenzen car makes me hear Eight Days A Week, which was #1 at the time of the '65 Daytona 500 when I was a car-crazed 8th grader. That year was amazing for Lorenzen.

Can I ask which H&R rear tires those are? Look like foam to me, but curious.

Have you tried the Paul Gage urethane or Quick Slicks silicone?

Use Paul Gage on my oval.

Try urethane or silicone, or get the H&R silicone tires which you can get on the assembled, complete chassis. We run a lot of hard bodies and one thing that you probably know, but in case you don't is to run the bodies loose. Mount them in some way to let the body float a little and it will corner much smoother. Usually this means oversize holes and loose screws.

Thanks Guys,
I come from a backround of building scale models mostly cars, love the idea of building and racing them looking at a built car can get old i'm try not to go crazy with detail knowing it can get broken! I have a real race car and know a lot about that! i will post pictures of the track build soon.
