Now that the tires are done I get to play with this beauty. In fact both the BRM and Carrera 917's get my thumbs up. The new BRM chassis is great. None of the engineering mistakes from the first generations of 962C's. Easily adjusted to get the front end perfect. It's stuck like glue with XPG tires on it! Much shorter and quicker than the 962 on my Carrera track. I hope BRM add a few more marques from the same era. I'll buy them all.

I'll let the reviewers study the scale. One or the other is wrong. The BRM is taller and wider and the Carrera is longer. Both look like 917's and that's fine for me.
