Shakedown/Fast lap Challenge

Postby HomeRacingWorld » Thu Jan 17, 2019 9:15 pm

Tomorrow we will begin the testing/shakedown and then the Fast Lap Challenge. Mr. Moneybags Gameover and MNFORDGUY will be here later in the afternoon, so we will have different drivers to rotate and have some fun :)

I will go to the PO tomorrow around 12 PM. Broomhilda should have all mail posted, so I can see if any cars have arrived.

Stay tuned, plenty of photos, videos, to come :)

FIRST I have to feed these guys...

Harry, Good luck with feeding them. I read on a post that Gameover just wants meat. On the way to the post office maybe you will some road kill for him. REL13

It all looks like great fun, and as usual I wish I could be there, but Cindy has done it again. Hanging on that old ironing board door in the kitchen is a DRIVE-IN MOVIE SPEAKER! What wonderful times I had just below those, as they were hanging on the window glass of my car, blaring out cheesy sound tracks to movies that were utterly ignorable. Home on leave after months away, I must have been a lively date!

I'm having "Showdown Withdrawal"

Got up 0530 hoping for a change in the forecast so I could make the trip.
 ..............NO SUCH LUCK!..............
It's 32 degrees & dropping, drizzling, freezing & wind gusts at 35mph.
Race 'em 'till the pieces fall off.
