Alwyn, your eyes are right they are slot.its.
I know you guys build some fierce cars, I've learned already what my 908 would need to go better.
But the Chaparral came to a really good predictable balance, one I couldn't find with the 908, with different sets and diameters and gearing-I think I have too much motor too in the 908. Anyway.
The wing, well that one can knock off and go back with decent friction to keep it, the fragility of that light body shell is where I worry, not if but when the buggar leaves the slot. I didn't have the time I would have like to burned with more testing, but the car seems to be predictable and forgiving....yours are all likely more-so.
