Mark, I always learn something from your work. Keep posting pix as you solder the chassis together. Are you using two motor brackets permanently or just to align the front axle? I've seen guys use two brackets as you have them positioned as permanent parts of the frame.

Years ago, many years ago, when we first started talking slots on AOL, we had a hobby subfolder that was slot cars. One of the guys, Dave England, had brass front and rear chassis brackets die stamped and bent. They were a god send for scratch building. I wonder what the cost would be to do that again. As many guys as build, I'd be surprised if you couldn't pre-sell whatever a minimum order would be. I think Dave may be a member here or check in occasionally.

chassis is a roller now, next up, side rub bars/body mounts then assemble both cars for some fitting/tuning before clean up and body works.. :D

Geez what a cluster.... this has been, starting now on body #3 . Body #1 32 ford snap kit was 2low in my eyes to fit with the theme of the race. body #2 pioneer mustang was coming along, then I made a cut in the body that just didn`t look right afterwards. Now body #3, well maybe it will be the charmer. On the good side, I am clearing out some old parts bin items :text-thankyouyellow: very much !!
