I built this car over the summer. It takes me a long time, and it's easier than trying to get it done over the holidays. I thought about trickling out progress as if it were a current project, but then I figured: well, it's done, just post it up.
This is a very smooth casting; about all I had to do was clean out the windows and wheel openings and scuff for paint. As much as I like two-tones, I decided on a single color this time. That's acrylic craft paint shot through a $10 Harbor Freight airbrush- a nearly foolproof and very cost-effective combination if you have an air supply. And yeah, it's lilac-purple. Don't be a hater- it turns out okay.
