been using this stuff since the '80's and found that a plain ol pencil eraser is a great tool for pushing it into recesses.

I used it on the Atalante for the stone guards and I was very pleased with the results. It conformed well to the ridges of the fender and its micro thickness and straight edge made for a convincing application. I could not have achieved the same effect with paint. I'm not convinced about its application on compound curves or how successfully it can be terminated in a joint.
