Hogging out window techniques?

Dremel and milling bit. Fine tune angles with small file.

Nice find. You could almost leave the windows in the Van and only remove the glass in the cab. As Harry mentioned I would use a dremel with care and then use a file

drill bit, multiple holes, file afterwards ...
much work stay, however you do it...
for a nice and clean result, small files are the way to go i think.

Least intrusive method I use is to heat up a #11 xacto blade and use the normal sharp side. Like a hot knife through butter.
