Are these plastic or diecast? I ask because i'd like to convert some.

they are resin, Bill, with a plastic chassis, a big metall nut in the chassis increases the weight. they make good slotcars, the resin is sturdy.

there`s 12 to the complete set,the gold colored ones are the ones ya don`t want to convert,I`ve got a complete gold set in my stash somewhere??? :roll:
