Sorry,

A bit "late to the ball" here!

If you have room for another entry I'd love to join in, if not, have fun and Go Ford!

Hi Don, sure we have room. Details of the proxy are all in the first post on the first page of this thread. We'll need a car, a unique number and a registration fee ($20.00/car). Good luck!

Registration fees for 2 cars received from ckouba; thanks Chris! I need the numbers for your cars - they need to be unique numbers (no repeats in this proxy; just makes managing the races and reporting out the results easier). Take a look at the first post on the first page of this thread for numbers that are already pre-registered.

Thanks,

Next time!!
If I can come help when the cars run local, let me know.

Too Bad recently fell victim to a house move (currently still in progress) but there's another local track or two we can swap in its place. Either I can host, or we can invite ourselves over to another NASTE member's place (Al's) and run them there. Both are latex on MDF with copper tape and with industrial power supplies set to 10V.

Way too many numbers on page one for me to sort through, so I'll just go with what I think are probably not taken and you can let me know... How about 505 and 819? I'll see if I can get them to legibly fit on the cars. Still need to do some work on them too!

Chris, 81 and 50 will also work - they're not pre-registered and they'll make number placement on your cars a lot easier. Which one do you want on which car? Also, a substitute track for TooBad Motorplex will be fine; thanks for the offer of an alternative track!

Chappy, that would make life easier and would cut down on shipping costs and the delays that sometimes occur in Customs.

FC47, that was a pre-registration close-off. We're a day away from the deadline for pre-registered cars to register and we have 8 racers still outstanding, plus we've had three racers withdraw due to other commitments. So, we have room and if you'd like to race in this proxy series, then go ahead, register, send me the registration fee, build your car and get ready to have some fun!

Registration fee for 2 cars received today from Dale (aloha) - thanks!

Is there still room?

If so I would like to enter a Porsche 906 #136.

I'll send the money as soon as I get the ok.

Allan, Thanks for the heads up,

Entry fee is on its way, looking at the reg page..
Looks like #47 is available-

Just one car, likely be a Ford Cobra,
(Will see if it bests one of my 917's tho)

Thanks,
Paul

Welcome aboard, FC47. Good luck getting a Ford Cobra to best a Porsche 917....... YIKES!! #47 is good!

Lou E - if you'd like to enter a car, then we'll be happy to have you on board for this proxy series. And a Porsche 906 is always a great add to any proxy; great looking car! #136 is good!

Make sure that both of you take a look at the rules; they're minimal, but we need to be sure that everyone's on a level playing field.
