Do you remember last year qualification times. How they compare to today's results?

Qualifying times were not on the spreadsheet last year. My #6 Camaro listed 5th and my #77 Challenger listed 15th.
Hopefully they can move up the field on race day.

Here is the qualifying for 2016. You will need to look at the 2016 tread to get the car owner. However I do believe the #87 belongs to Allan and the #42 belongs to Steve. Both cars are on the top in qualifying this year. Oh #87 of Allan was not an official entry last year. You can see both of my cars are faster in 2017.
One note Steve switched from the 2016 Winning SCX Cuda to a Camaro. Not sure of the brand. Either way he builds fast cars.
6 of the top ten qualifiers for 2017 were in the top ten finishers at Palmer Divide Raceways.

Allan, did you run clockwise or counterclockwise wise?

Hi Tony, we run clockwise; both in 2016 and 2017. My track is about 0.1-0.2 sec/lap faster run in the clockwise direction due, primarily, to the way that the cars enter the chicane from the different directions.

Want to thank the drivers for their time. Apologize for the way the #82 handles, know there is a lot of understeer. Have been having long talks with the Engineer, Shop foreman, and Crew chief, cannot get rit of them, as they are family. Waiting to see how the race come out. Hoping for a better finish than the last time. :text-coolphotos:

Just hoping my cars can crack into the top ten this year. My cars finished 5th Camaro and 11th Challenger last year. But then this is a much larger competitive group of cars. I can see from race 1 my cars have the speed based on fast lap but handling may still be an issue. Looking forward to the final results and hope team Martin can move up as the series progresses. Both cars came on strong at the end to finish 9th and 10th. Can we repeat? Only time will tell.

Surprised to see the SCX 42B motored Cuda performing so well. It is my understanding these motors like 12+ volts.
