Had hopedj to have mailed my cars tonight. Then the #77 Challenger spun the wheel off the axle. No problem I thought. But the super glue didn't hold. Then the axle didn't line up right. Replace all with new bushings axle wheels and gear. Then the motor started missing. Will replace tonight and mail tomorrow.

Wouldn't you know it was 7 sec faster than the beginning base line times. Hope the next H&R motor is as fast.

Wow looks like it will be 36 cars or more for this proxy. Can you say big? Um can I get in the top 10 out of 40 cars? The suspense is awesome. Can't wait to see this series get started. You've done a good job David.

OK cars are on the hauler and will be departing Nashville after midnight. Scheduled to arrive Wednesday. Two returning entries.
#6 Penske Camaro has had the stock Scaley motor replaced with a Pioneer motor. Rear wheels are now CB Design sporting Super Tires.
The #77 Challenger retains a H&R Hawk motor. It also now has CB Design rear wheels and Super Tires. The new entry is basically a stock SCX Cuda with a pinion gear change from 9 to 11. It has Paul Gauge tires on it.

All 3 beat the fastest qualifying time of the 2016 Forums Cup COY Proxy cars, which are Piranha powered . That time was posted by Aloha

The SCX Cuda with a 42B motor matched Aloha's qualifying time with a fast lap of 3.02.
How's that for 18K power plants?
Just looked the #6 and #77 also beat the qualifying times of the top 3 COT cars. That time was 1.01.01 The Cuda would have made it into the top five.

I just hope these speeds translate over to the wood tracks.

Um not sure no matter how I have the picture saved it comes out upside down here.

RMS is going to add another entry. Aloha tuned it for me, I've made a few backwards adjustments ;) and it is nowhere as fast as his. Figured that would be a fun add to the field. Once Z's cars show up, we stand at 44 total cars for this proxy. WOW!
