Hello guys

Cars have arrived safely in Edmonton, all went through tech visual inspection and no problems very found. Those cars are absolutely beautiful and me and guys are delighted to have them here. We run qualifications and more results to come later today, race is planned for this Saturday, there will be video done and posted later. Little info about our track for new guys : 4 lines, MDF routed, copper braided with separate power supplies, 80 feet long build for speed but with some technical section added. Rubber and urethane friendly. 11v .

So, what happened? Was there a race Saturday afternoon, or was there not? Enquiring minds want to know.

Hello guys

Edmonton round is done.
Weather was the factor to us with temperature dropped down to -20 Celsius on racing day. But we get it done. Only 4 guys showed up Mark, Curt, Ron -SCM and me. With quick cleaning to track and quick prep with cars like adjusting to braids and clean tires with tape we started. Because there were no marschalls at that day available wherever we run into situation call buttons were in use. Fortunately we didn't have to call them to many times. Cars were performing very well. There were absolutely enjoyable to watch and play with them. Only one car had a bit of problem #14 but we solved that quickly and was back to action. We ran 4 heats of 2.5 minutes each totaling 10 minutes race. And when dust was down that what we had:

2nd 21A slotting since1963
3rd 6 Redlynr


Please look for attachment to find more details about rest of the group as long as heats results and lots of other useful information.

We recorded all race so videos will upload today hopefully.

Cars are packed up now and awaiting address. Should be shipped this weekend.

The cars go next to Chappy in Picton, Ontario for the final Round in this series - that will be fun!

The #20 BARC car in this series is having a little more success then my other BARC proxy entries. A real motor seems to help. :D

Hear you on the weather. In two weeks it went from +20 C to -20 C. My Kid went to NY and the grass was green. She returned a week later to -20 and winter!!!!

regarding #31. 9.454. Needs more top speed, I put the spec motor that was allowed. I'm curious, is under power weight related or possibly something with the motor itself?

They're being packed up now for shipment to Picton, Ontario for the last Round, which is with our very own Chappy! Should be a great final Round - stay tuned for a thread from Bob on this one.
