The Pendle motor might work, the problem is that the MRRC chassis needs a motor with a long shaft on it. I built a Porsche 550 for the TLOR proxie using that chassis. I had to use a short shaft motor and used a spacer on the axle to keep the gear mesh right.

I just looked the Pendle's site, that looks like the correct motor for that chassis. I wasn't aware that MRRC made a 13K motor. I'll have to remember that.

Any limits on rear wheel/tire width?

Tires need to fit reasonably under the wheel wells. Other than that, on limit on tire width.
