Assuming the headlights? While I dont know if that is a photoshop job or not there are kits that can be added.

Those lights seem to be made for R/C cars and probably do not include a voltage regulator or storage capacitor. One of the listed sellers had a lower price than the rest, but his shipping charge was very high.
