We are between seasons at South Manchester Slot Racing Club so we decided to run a couple of Fly Classic evenings. This is the grid from last nights excursion.

Those are wonderful cars from a classic period. And they are so fun to race. My favourite class of slot cars.

Yes, that is a nice looking field. My guess is the Lola cleaned up. Those cars are low and fast, plus I believe that the one on the photo is inline while the others are all sidewinder. That may have given it a slight advantage.

I've never seen that silver Ferrari before. Is that a repaint?

The winner on the night was the No 9 Porsche Carrera6 . It is a sidewinder . I think the silver car was a limited edition, that was 4th .
