Dave, that is what I have been doing for the past 3 years. It is still a part time business/hobby. Mostly I want to get to the point where I can make things I want instead of waiting around and hoping someone else makes it. It is a very tough job, but so far the plastic machine, all the software, and the 2 CNC machines have paid for themselves and the basics are pretty much routine. Getting something that others want is going to be more tricky. It has its ups and downs.
