Hey, I do believe this is 'one of those cars' that you either love or hate.
It is a paradigm in the world of race car designs. It is different.
But I'm sure that when Mickey Thompson brought his "Harvery Aluminum Special" to Indy in 1962 - a rear engine configuration - he was also told it was considered not worthy of running at Indy. But no need to worry as he did not qualify for the race that year. But in 1963 he showed up with a new and improved "Harvey Aluminum Special" and he did qualify the first rear engined car for the race.
Technology is just changing the way we live and in some cases, the way we think.
