I'm on the fence about this one. Looks intriguing, but kind of strange at the same time. Reminds me of the "Thingie" era of the late '60's early '70's. Remember the Classic "Asp"? :roll:

I am definitely not ready for that. There is no way that thing is going to stay upright under braking at the end of the broad arc that serves as my straight(ish) section. It'll roll like a tumbleweed. I reckon I'll be taking a pass on it. Ya'll have fun with it.

Hey, I do believe this is 'one of those cars' that you either love or hate.

It is a paradigm in the world of race car designs. It is different.

But I'm sure that when Mickey Thompson brought his "Harvery Aluminum Special" to Indy in 1962 - a rear engine configuration - he was also told it was considered not worthy of running at Indy. But no need to worry as he did not qualify for the race that year. But in 1963 he showed up with a new and improved "Harvey Aluminum Special" and he did qualify the first rear engined car for the race.

Technology is just changing the way we live and in some cases, the way we think.
