Flat chassis for RevoSlot Porsche Adj. axes Printed chassis

Hi all,
Here my attempt to flatten the RevoSlot Porsche 911 GT2 chassis.
The provisional result (some small things to do!) :
Overview :
Some 1mm deep milling :
The brass bolts have to be modified too :
To lower the chassis I made 2mm styreen shims for the front axle and 1mm for behind
(want to print nylon versions maybe in different thicknesses) :
Used temporarily 2mm long brass axle spacers to lower the chassis within the body
(want to print nylon versions maybe in different thicknesses) :
Used some modified replacement M2 bolts (Black Arrow titanium) :
Last but not least I replaced the motorpod screws (also modified Black Arrow screws):
Does anyone know how to demount this terrible thing? Without destroying it?
Problem solved! See: viewtopic.php?f=5&t=17644
Regards,
Gerrit
