Nice looking track and welcome back. I think we all go though down times in our Hobbies. But we after a while you get the itch. Really like the Ky. Blue Grass.

Xrayracer, Yes it has been awhile since you were here. It is hard to believe that it has been so long. It doesn't look like you had to do too much "resurrecting" to get your track back up.

Yep, during my hiatus from the hobby, I often would get the itch, from time to time, to just take a quick run. However, as time passes, the track became a storage area, with lots of stuff piling up on the track, so using the track was not possible unless a lot of elbow grease and time were involved before hand.

Hey, Mike. Time seems to go by faster and faster with every passing year. The last time I was actively racing, my kids were toddlers and preschoolers.....now, they are preteens and a teenager. Wow, that went by fast!

The "resurrection" only required rearranging all the "stuff" off the track and finding new places for them, but the track was never broken down. Also needed getting all the dust and cobwebs removed. The track was running fairly rough with a lot of dead spots, so I'll need to really clean those rails well......that's a project for another time.
