Tested this truck today on the 25ft oval . You don't wanna drive carefully you say? Better get an NSR car or something.
Just kidding, I used a longer deeper guide and trued the stock tires. Even that didn't help much with the tires inherent imbalance. Revved up these tires really try to dismount and shake terribly. But it did smooth out some,had enough traction to toss itself at the fence repeatedly.
No left side weight tricks helped it but the weight near the guide plants it enough to allow tail wagging and actually it's a touch faster outta control.
Bushings and different wheels and gear at a minimum for this I'd say, but I do that to everything so that's not a strike against it. Those tires though! Must be a lead bb in em .
I do like this thing though and I'm not giving up. It's funny looking, handles funny,has decent speed...I like the mutt.
