He has a lot of them listed for super cheap, I'd like to buy parts/lights/trees in bulk, who can't use more lights

The feedback you need to worry about is his, not "other sellers in China"...then check it and decide.

eBay feedback is important to me. If it is less then 99% positive I will look elsewhere.

Also US dealers who are opting for the inhouse global shipping options, put themselves at a huge disadvantage when shipping abroad. The cost eBay tacks on as well as the bogus custom fees is ridiculous. It inflates what should cost $9 to near $30. So obviously when I am looking for a $9 part one of the first things I do is see how much it is going to cost me to get the part to my door. The eBay global shipping program is so expensive I am typically forced to find a different source for the part who doesn't use the inhouse eBay shipping option. Just saying
