Motors Motors and Motors all the samembut different

Postby chappy » Wed Jan 18, 2017 10:03 am

I have been looking around at the variety of motors available to us a slotters, and there are a huge variety of different styles and ranges in rpm and gcm.
So to cut to the chase , i have used in the past the H&R Jaxk Rabbit etc , but have just noticed the 26K COBRA.
, Aside frommthe 26 k rating i wondered if anyone has experience with it. As we all now some are softer and more controllable than others andnhave varying advantages with torque.
Can you give me someminout in to this H &R 26 K Cobra as compared to other similar motors such as 25 k even Slot it etc.

Thanks for your time
Bob

I have used several and they ran fine. Just not my type (RPM) or style, so only used it for testing.

For the price, I like it.

And if you like all the motor choices now...stay tuned :) More options coming, and ones that won't break the budget.

Sounds good Harry , i like budget conscious parts.
I had heard the Cobra was similar to the Pirahna in having a soft spot making it easier to handle , but wanted to find out from someone who had experience.
Thanks
