Postby HomeRacingWorld » Thu Nov 29, 2012 1:18 pm

I am sure most have seen these already, but passing them on anyway.

From Racer:
Ford Capri RS2600 and Ford Capri RS2600LW

As usual the model will be equipped with a dedicated plastic chassis and will be in
inline configuration even though chassis will also allow a sidewinder configuration.
For the first time, I think, a resin model will have fully adjustable front axle and other
interesting solutions in order to allow a high performance level.

Delivery expected in February

Thanks in advance for your kind cooperation

It will probably look and run great but it will seem counterproductive to buy a Racer then put an MT 1 in it to bring into line with the othe classics.

Thanks H!

Yeah, I like it, front clip in particular, looks nice.

I love Fords, really like the Capri in all its variants (the Carrera is my Fav), this one will find its way home here too, I like what Racer is doing, branching out into more affordable models for the masses (in my case, the "unwashed")....

Look forward to seeing this model come to fruition, great work RACER!

Thanks for sharing Harry, I hadn't seen these before.
Racer seem to have read my mind quite successfully with the number of models they will produce over the next year or so both in resin and plastic.

definitely looking forward to this cars arrival.

Will it be in the Silver Line or the more expensive series?

This will be Silverline. As I remember only the Lola T70 will be the more expensive all the rest will be Silverline cars.

On Facebook they have a second set of pictures up showing the earlier small rear light Capri with smaller arch flares.
Really looking forward to these.
