Thanks Butch. Interesting how the fast laps and the finishing order don't always match up; probably underscoring the fact that a consistently fast car is better for proxy racing than one capable of producing a bullet lap now and then..................

14 out of 16 would be .875 of a lap. To make it fit with the rest of the race results, divide by 16 and then all the results would be decimals of a lap.

If you look at the series results - the segments were assigned .06 per segment to accomplish just what you noted. :)
(I was originally going to use .0625 - however, it was much cleaner to use the .06 to account for the one instance of a car making it to segment 16 - but not across the line - giving it a x.96 lap total)
