ROAR Race results lane two

Well, as I suspected, very little change in standings this round. My lanes run very close to the same time wise.
But all cars ran well, and had no problems. Hill climb and concourse judging this afternoon!
Here are the results.
car/ laps/best time
22 /14/ 12.391
89/13/ 13.117
20/13/13.502
64/14/ 12.989
16/14/12.994
71/14/13.276
30/14/12.125
23c/14/12.376
3/15/11.840
5/15/12.098
51/14/12.125
67/16/11.657
11/16/11.558
23/15/11.136
4/14/11.605
8/15/11.025
27/16/10.501
1/13/12.425
63/14/12.023
45/14/12.275
44/15/ 11.348
4t/14/12.303
So that's it for the Cherokee Point run, now on to the dragon, and a little show and shine.
Great fun running these today! temps have been down a bit, and lots more fun to be in the shop racing when its cooler!

Only 64 degrees here. Looks like my car is running much better than it was. Thanks for all the hard work, Bob. I'm very curious how it handles the Dragon!

Thanks for running this round, Bob! Looks like you had a great time with these cars.

I'd say that your Cherokee Point track likes HRS2 chassis, SW configuration, NSR rubber tires, H&R Hawk motors and medium-short gearing (I'm running 2.83 in the #27 car). I think we had a similar result with the PanAm cars, where mine all shared a common chassis platform, motor and gearing.

Running on The Tail of the Dragon was a special treat - thanks!

Todd, thanks for getting the results posted so quickly!

It certainly was my pleasure! These are great cars.
I think you are right about the chassis combo, they do well here.
I really have to say thanks To Todd for putting all this info into a readable, organized, platform that all can see.
It really makes it all come together.

It certainly does. Kudos to Todd!

I looked at the team standings and it couldn't be much closer after 5 rounds than it is between Team Chaparral and Team Ferrari - 99 vs. 100 points, respectively............that's close!

I think I heard this guy again earlier this evening:

"Heya, we're starting to feel a little betta, nowa. We're passin' outta the smiley buttonsa, Heya. The "Birdsa" ina tha banka and tha "Catta" is ina tha tanka! My boysa have been unda stricta ordersa to go easy on the otha guyza during the firsta few roundsa. We're goin to letta them runna a little harda from here on ina. Keepa your eyza on that TR 250 froma nowa ona! Ciao for nowa anda see you alla ata tha finisha line, Heya!"

Glad to assist on the numbers guys - and have to say - adding the "Manufacturer's Standings" to the mix has added another layer of fun to the run!

Bob - it was great to have the cars run on both Cherokee Point and to face "The Dragon" - thanks again for hosting these and for running both races so quickly! (I know how long a field this size can take to run!)
