Thank you for the comments
I made the driver netting by cutting strips of masking tape and then making the weave pattern. It was then painted white and is nice and flexible to make the installation easy.
I have to say I personally liked the way the BARC Trans Am markings came out on the Camaro. The fantasy livery looks the part
I have not been able to roll this car yet. The low COG twincans and the piano wire cross members that transfer lift from the rear wheel to the opposite front wheel seems to work. The result is a car that drivers very predictably, with the rear end letting go giving you a warning without a wreck. The trouble with the cross members is that they prevent an interior tub, and I have to go back to a tray. The piano wire was used to stiffen the giftcard chassis, and maybe it is just the new rigidity that works. The thought that as the rear wheel begins to lift, this upward force is applied to the piano wire cross member and is applied as a downward force to the opposite front wheel sounds cool though.
I think I will take this cross member idea into my next 132 build and see if it works there as well. This is half the fun of all these scratchbuilds. I don't think any two are exactly the same as I try new ideas.
