I am building a 143 proxy racer for the Upcoming Nomag event.

I am using a home cast 934 shell, and am building it on a sidewinder gift card chassis, using a new motor I have acquired. This is a 16Krpm @ 12 volts motor that is tiny but has excellent braking. It has a 6 pole armature. The brakes are so good it will bring a car to a dead stop in about a foot after letting off the throttle. Performance I have not seen out of the tiny motors I had been using in 143 scale. They have become my motor of choice, and I would really like to try them out in a 132 proxy as well. Their small size makes them excellent for small models, or if you want to do a full interior.

I just finished the interior on this 143 slot car, so you see how much room these motors leave for this kind of thing.

Here is the body. I have it painted and decaled and now am going to add the vacuum formed glass I did.

Updated the post with the latest pictures, with the glass in.

I see I need to add a drivers mirror and the rear glass needs some work. Good old close up photographs.

Awesome work on the Porsche, Dan!
The interior is great!
Also paint and decals are very nice.
What i like most is the stance of the car, nice and low!
A beautifull build!
really happy to have it in my hands for racing it

Hopefully you will leave some rubber on the rims prior to the big event :D Those BARCs wear pretty fast. :auto-driving:

Cheers
