I am hoping that Peter will see this and answer you, as he made a mini with full lighting and brake lights for the 2013 1/43 TransAm U2 proxy.

that´s where i found mine after some time ....
one light is nice, but not the real thing ... had too many artins to find the idea good.
actually my cars have "only" tail lights, not break lights. break lights are possible as well, but need a 2nd capacitor.
the main difference from the stock go lights is for sure that the lights with the light circuit and the gold cap capacitor will stay on for 10 to 30 seconds after stopping the car. tail lights even longer.

take care of the diameter of the led!
5mm is too big for 1/43
