Thanks again. To mount the bodies I use 1/8 Evergreen plastic tubing. I cut off a piece and screw it in the chassis and then trim it to get the desired body height. After I get my desired height, I remove it and measure it up to another piece of tubing and mark it, then cut it to the same length. After I have them all cut I screw the tubing back into the chassis. I rough up the tubing end that is going to the bottom of the body. I then rough up the bottom of the body where the tubing will sit. This helps give the epoxy some bite to the plastic. I use JB Weld Quick Weld epoxy. I add some epoxy to the post and the body and try and get them to line up well before it cures. I line it up by eyeballing the wheels in the wheel opening and lining up the guide to the center of the body in the front. And I find a center point on the rear of chassis to line up with the center point on the rear of the body. Sometimes you get lucky and it sits center in the body without any fiddling around.
I like the Rustoleum paint Browman. It just takes longer to cure because it is a enamel paint. The Testor's lacquer paint and Tamiya paint dry a lot faster. But I am in no hurry! :D
