I'd love to get my grubby little mitts on one of those kits some day. Will watch with interest.

It looks really nice Denny! Your a expert on the two tone paint jobs!
I want to try the chrome pens out, but I don't think I am going to hang up my chrome foil yet!

Also-
*always tape any area you don't want chromed (it will come off just fine with a razor knife, don't worry)
*be sure and really score the tape, because it will find any weak points in the tapes seal (yes, it will slip under the masking tape the same way any thinned paint will, so burnish it well just as you should anyway)
*decide left to right or right to left, and never deviate from that, you don't want to go back over your work in a different direction (this is important- When you lay the chrome on, it sets as it is intended. If you recoat before it sets, you mess up the product finish.)
* if you want to put a gold foil in the side streak of this car as the real car had, there are many manufacturers of excellent gold metallics for that, just do the chrome afterwards to make a good finish.
Good luck. It works very well as many of us have discovered.
