Mighty fine work. I bet that Lola is a fast mover.

Those are some nice looking chassis, Mark! I particularly like the wire work on the Fly Lola T-70.

Absolutely beautiful builds Mark.
Do you mind me asking about the pins you are using on the ceramic building block.
I am looking for something for mine, and havent seen those before.
They appear to have a smaller or reducing size to the end going in the holes.
All the best
Bob

Great work - some of the sharpest brass chassis I've seen in years.
My question is about different drive line setups. All my custom builds (using styrene or plastic circuit board material) have inline motors. Almost all of my RTR cars are sidewinders. I can't remember the last time I drove an anglewinder, and have never built one. What are the pluses and minuses of each alignment?
Also, how long did it take to build the Chaparral and Lola chassis? I have all the materials (except torch) to do brass builds, but generally just end up using plastic and glue or epoxy.

Awesome Mark, I may have to drop by for a seminar, I can build one but adding functionality is a whole different story. I really dig the body mounting, brilliant!

Thanks Jeremy, yes it is the same seller, and a better price too.

Those are absolutely beautiful!
Is that brass tubing you use, or piano wire? And how do you bend the wire/tubing? Using the pegs in the block? I've always wanted to try my hand at a wire/brass chassis. Just never figured out how to start!
