My usual adjustable wheelbase chassis for small car's rolling and running...
...built with:
- Devised Designs Super Slim FF050 motor pod held in with 2mm screws
- perimeter chassis of 3/32" and 1/16" square brass tube and .062" brass strips, 1/8" square for front axle holder, and 1/8" tube for guide holder
- Scale Auto universal guide
- Slot It tinned braid and silicone guide wire
- SCX Fiat Abarth Campagnolo plastic rims and tires for the front and inserts from turned down rims
- Slot It F1 rims for the rear with trued down Fly March F1 urethane re-pops
- Scalextric FF050 20K red motor
- Slot It 9t pinion for 1.5mm shafts
- SCX Pro 27t crown
Chassis runs well but will feel more planted with .062 side pans soldered on.
Body's just mock fitted but am shooting for this stance when mounting posts are in place.
