FryDaddy visits Skunkworks

Jeff had a chance to drop by the old Skunkworks for some racing.

He brought his latest Strangebrew Coachworks Late Model and he did a great job on the finish.

It will match up nicely with the others. He only had foams for the mock up, but he has new tires now :)

His other car ready for racing.

Can't forget the ORW Special :)

These are some neat castings Mr. Brew has made. All 3 have different types of chassis. Mr. Brew actually designed and cast a resin chassis for these cars. Here we see brass and resin together.

Had some laps with them and of course...

This MIGHT have been my fault. Maybe.

Fun times with fun cars. Thanks Jeff for stopping by.

I've never been a Late Model fan, I usually went for hot dogs and beer when they started. But I gotta say, these look great, time after time when they show up on HRW, and clearly, as a barebones fastmobile, they must be a blast to run.

Thank guys. Yes, they are a blast.

A lot of the appeal is the fact these are all home brews :) From the body to the chassis. Scratch built cars just have a fun factor about them.

And yeah..they haul the mail. :)
