DK is correct.
Revell still 'owns' all the slot car tooling but PM has exclusive use of them on a very long term basis. However........
PM will need to thoroughly inspect all of the tooling and produce an economic feasibility study. Some of it may be useless or beyond economic repair because of atmospheric conditions. The longer it is stored in China in the humid climate, the worse it will get. This applies even if the cavity faces are sprayed with damp repelling 'gunk'. Unless all of the tooling was painstakingly protected for a long hibernation, there will be issues both on the molding faces, the bolster sets and all of the pins and ejectors. I've seen it all.
