Does anyone know if the D/124 Porsche is going to be a new mold of the new car, or a relivery of the older existing body style?

Last year Carrera showed the image of the Valvoline livery Callaway Corvette on a CALLAWAY body [ with different scoops 'n spoiler],but then they just put the livery on a standard C7 body.[Nice, but I was looking forward to the Callaway body] :cry:
I have 4 of the Porsche's and hadn't planned on getting any more but I like the Rothmans car, and might buy it even if it is on the older body... :think:
Like Dave[DW5555], I am interested in D/124 cars and waiting to see which ones are coming to the USA before getting too excited.
Along with the Rothman's Porsche, I like the new C7 Callaway livery, the green SLS Mercedes,and a couple of the new DTM's. Maybe the Capri's too. AND the red 458. This is starting to add up. :scared-eek:

The Porsches are new moulds of the new car.
Will be present "in the flesh" (pun! :mrgreen: ) on the Toy Fair, first decorated samples.
Porsche won't allow mix-ups anmore.

The DTM series has been a big success for Carrera. To their credit they have also kept updating the molds.
Now Mercedes has left DTM and Aston Martin has stepped in (I have not seen yet any pic of the car).
Moreover, DTM and Super GT have finalised a Class One rule set.
It will be interesting if Carrera will produce also the Japanese cars.

I remember the mold change on the BMW. I was impressed they changed it as well. This series effort is why many clubs I am in contact with are using them. Plenty to choose, from and easily tuned for multiple surfaces.
