According to Dave's posting in News (PCR for the RSR) back on August 29th...

"ok so good news! There is one more PCR chassis coming and it's for the Javelin and it will be here in a few weeks!
Part no.c8542. That was the last mold they had done for the PCR chassis series."

...we should reasonably expect it has arrived and is available.

So there was a serious problem and a mistake in production. A standard chassis was packaged in the PCR package. There won't be a PCR chassis for the car. To say i'm personally disappointed is an understatement. But I want to be up front with you guys about this so... there it is.
