What a big Maserati ! Slot.It are entering the modern sports car era with the Maserati GT, seen here in early 3D prototype form. It really is a big car, just look how the motor pod is dwarfed by the chassis, but there is more to that story. The Maserati is being designed to take two different chassis - a normal Slot.It racing chassis that can use all the usual alternative parts, plus a much simpler one-piece inline chassis to turn it into the second Policar set car (if you read an earlier post about Policar sets you are possibly expecting something like this). Maurizio has already christened the alternative chassis the GT4 version, and it will have the same basic features as the first set car already described.
