Policar are also releasing a generic modern F1 car. Using the narrow motor pod found in their classic F1 cars, plus lots of Slot.It parts, this is very likely to expand F1 racing considerably. First noticeable feature is the incredibly long wheelbase - talking with Maurizio he confirmed it is entirely authentic, and a long discussion about weight distribution, downforce, and F1 design parameters followed - actually very interesting. The prototype shown here is still at the 3D printed stage, but the tooling will follow what you see here with only very minor updates to make is practical for moulding. Better tell all the decal makers to get ready because it will only be supplied in plain coloured plastic.
