Great post Harry. I was there in 2013 whennit was a one day event, and it was too much to see and do in a day. Two days is better. There is something like 40 different tracks set up, as well as a lot of vintage setups. It has everythi g from Analog to digital to the new Arc by Scaley and lots of private club tracks brought in.. Ralley stages, drag strips, Road courses and Ovals . The vendor are has the usual retailers and a great area for market vendors with bits and pieces and old classics. The manufacturers area in another section , the BSCRA has a huge 6 or 8 lane track , even a spot where you can test your purchases. This is all at the Motor Museum in Gaydon, near Warwickshire .
It is a fabulous venue and the entire 2nd floor is where the Festival is held, a huge area. Andnif you tire of little cars you can go tomthe main floor where you will find a well set up and displayed museum of real cars including famous racers and a self guided tour on the road from start to current in the evolution of British automotive progress.
If you are in the area by chance or as a purpose visit , it is well worth the price of admission. I think Next year the dates are 19th and 20th of May.
Thanks for the posts Harry.
Bob
