Thanks to Mike, Art and Dave at Clover Leaf Racing for letting Diane and I put these videos together.
And thanks to those guys for being participants in the videos. Let me tell you it certainly isn't an easy thing to do, standing in front of a camera and delivering a message.
But the fact that these guys can go in front of the camera and do this so well just shows their dedication to the sport of slot car racing.Their willingness to share a wealth of knowledge that comes so easy to them it really is second nature.
This is just our way of giving back to a hobby that is filled with passionate and friendly people.

Thanks Dave, good how to. I have a slightly different take on the cup technique. Instead of the cups I usually hit the cars on the outside lanes. :D

One of my favorite scenes in the video was when he put the cup deep into the turn and started to show how going that deep would cause the car to deslot. The look on his face when the car was ready to go needs a caption - at least in my book.

Here's my caption - "Dang, that's how those guys from Slot Car Corner do it!"
