Pics and results from the NSR Nationals held this past weekend at Cloverleaf Racing. Racers from Florida and Pennsaylvania traveled to Michigan to participate in the national NSR Vintage and Modern Gt races. Prizes were awarded to the podium in each class and 'goody' bags were handed out after the racing finished on Sunday.







First, second and third place cars are pictured in the first row of each starting from the right.

This is GREAT info, if there are pics with the body off of the top 3 that would be incredible!!!

Unfortunately we didn't get those. Talked about it briefly. By the time we decided it would be a good idea cars were in boxes and some out the door. Maybe next year?

This is why I ask for input. We can always do things to make things better. We can try to add this to the things we do for the race. Thanks for the input.

I don't think that it would be a good idea to take the bodies off before the race. Possibly they would not get put back on properly and that could affect the way that the cars run. My own experience has been that even a half turn of a body screw can be important. If you were to open up the cars before the race you would also have to do all of them.

I feel after is fair. Unless the owner/builder can reset the screws

For this race, the bodies are taken off during the tech check. So, the opportunity is there.

After tech each driver had a chance to test his car and to qualify, if they needed to make any adjustments they could do it then.
