The amount raised is fantastic. Especially at$1.00 per ticket.
My congratulations to the organizers for making this happen and pulling it off.
A total success, and a new benchmark for next year.
Kudos to you all for a roaring success.
We are all winners and have once again proven the generosity of the Home Racing World Family.
Harry I bet your tickled to see this.

Just a quick note for those of you who won multiple prizes. Depending on the mix of prizes you won, you may receive them in multiple shipments. For example, if you won a prize donated by SCC and another prize donated by Clover Leaf Racing, you will receive two packages.
For our good friends from Canada who won SCC prizes, we will be shipping all prizes to Christian at Slot Car Corner Canada in a single package. Christian will then ship the prizes to individual winners.
SCC will start shipping prizes tomorrow (Wednesday). Note it may take us 2-3 days to work down through all of the prizes.

What Steve said I will be shipping out the prizes to Christian for all of the Canadian winners this week. All of the rest of the orders will be going out ASAP. I am really backed up and working on getting caught up.

Team Slot Car Corner has donated our share ($570.00) of the Slot Racers Giving Back charity fundraising proceeds to two (2) charities - St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital and First Candle. The donations may have been forwarded to these charities by Slot Car Corner but we're doing so as a proxy on behalf of HRW members and visitors who contributed. Thanks again to everyone who participated - your generous donations will help make a positive difference in someone's life.

Team CanAm would like to thank the organizers, donors and raffle ticket buyers for their contributions to this great event. At the simplest level the MI 24 hour event is a group of grown ups pretending to be children playing with toy cars. Fortunately, Rob Hall came up with a brilliant idea a couple of years ago to force us to be adults for just a brief moment over the weekend to be thankful for what we have and the opportunity to spend the weekend having so much fun. The resulting Slot Racers Giving Back activities have become a very large part of what makes participating in this event so special.
This year we have chosen to donate to two organizations (NubAbility and Lucky Fin Project) that are dedicated to helping kids to be kids. A friend of one of our racers was born without a hand. These two organizations are focused on helping and encouraging children to live life to the fullest. We are very humbled to be able to support these two organizations that in turn support so many others!
