Saturday racing at the store

Starting on January 9TH we will be starting our Saturday racing. Doors open at 12:00 we will start racing at 1:00 . We will be starting with a 4 week series of anything with doors. Car must not be podded. If we have people who would like to run a second class we can do that going forward. This first series is just to get everybody used to racing. After this series we will be running a Carrera DTM class, that series will start on February 6TH. Entry fee is $5.00 per car / Driver. If you have any questions please feel free to ask.

Basic rules:

All cars must have doors and be non podded.
Weight may be added but must be inside the car.
Tires must be silicone.
Only stock magnet. If your car didn't come with a magnet let us know and we will help you out.
All other parts must be stock.

Carrera DTM / Modern GT cars Rules:

All cars must be Carrera
Weight may be added to the inside of the car only.
Quick Slicks CA02 or CA03 must be used.
Digital or non digital are allowed.
We may update these rules if the need were to arise.

So, is the Carrera class open to GT's or only to DTM's"? Also, are there any restrictions on gears? Thanks.

As far as gearing goes any gearing is allowed as long as it is stock. I am thinking of allowing some of the modern GT cars to run in this class. I don't think one will have an advantage over another.
